These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Raza Catering’s website and services. By placing an order or booking with us, you agree to these Terms.
Raza Catering provides catering services for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and other occasions across the UK. We also offer large-quantity food orders for delivery or collection.
Orders must be placed in advance (minimum 3 days before the event).
Large catering bookings may require a deposit of 50% of the total cost.
Final guest count and menu selection must be confirmed at least 5 days before the event.
All prices are in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, debit/credit card, or other approved methods.
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
Orders canceled 5 days before the event may receive a partial refund (excluding deposits).
Cancellations made within time frame less then 5 days of the event are non-refundable.
Raza Catering reserves the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
We prepare food in environments where allergens may be present. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee food is 100% allergen-free.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies when placing an order.
Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to traffic or unforeseen delays.
Customers must ensure access to the venue for delivery and setup.
Raza Catering is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the order/service.
All content on our website (text, images, logos, menus) is the property of Raza Catering and cannot be reproduced without prior consent.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of England and Wales.
