At Raza Catering, we strive to provide the best catering experience for our customers. We understand that plans may change, and this policy outlines our approach to cancellations, changes, and refunds.
Small Orders (Food Delivery/Collection):
Orders canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery/collection time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of delivery/collection will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery/collection are non-refundable.
Event Catering (Weddings, Birthdays, Corporate, etc.):
A non-refundable deposit (usually 50% of the total cost) is required to confirm your booking.
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event will receive a refund excluding the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable.
Menu changes, guest count updates, or delivery details must be confirmed no later than 5 days before the event.
We will do our best to accommodate last-minute changes, but additional charges may apply.
In rare cases, Raza Catering may need to cancel an order or event booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff illness, emergencies, or supply shortages). If this occurs:
We will notify you as soon as possible.
You will receive a full refund of any payments made, including the deposit.
We may also offer to reschedule your booking at no extra cost.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If the customer or event host is unavailable at the agreed time/location and delivery/setup cannot be completed, the order will be treated as a cancellation with no refund.
